“In this image, there are three young girls dressed in peach frocks with colorful stockings. Their hidden faces create a sense of mystery, which, as a viewer, makes your eyes linger for a little while longer. This image explores the playful innocence of girlhood. We wanted to create a doll-like fantasy garden filled with blooming flowers. We shot this on a chilly January morning, but thankfully found a few bougainvillea plants still blooming. This image is part of a commissioned project, and I worked on it with creative director Riya Sharma.” Fahreen Fatima
